The setMonth() method is used to set the month.
Syntax

dateObject.setMonth(month,day)

Description |
| month |
Required. A numeric value between 0 and 11 representing the
month |
| day |
Optional. A numeric value between 1 and 31 representing the
day |
Tips and Notes
Note: The value set by setMonth() is a number between 0 and 11.
January is 0, February is 1 and so on.
Note: This method is always used in conjunction with a Date object.
Example 1
In this example we set the month to 0 (January) with the setMonth() method:
